- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I arrived on time for my appointment and waited 50 minutes to be seen. When I told the doctor and his staff that I needed to get back to work, their response was a recommendation to re-schedule. Yes, I will reschedule -- but with another doctor. No apologies or explanations were given by the staff for the delay. It was especially annoying because the appointment was already a reschedule: the week before Dr. Hajnik had an urgent matter come up and could not see me as scheduled. That is understandable but what is unacceptable to me is the 50 minute wait.May 19, 2017by Paula Johns
