- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I waited on hold for a question regarding my medication & inaccurate information on it's directions for over 30 minutes. I was too sick to go in again in person. When I finally got to someone they put me on hold again (cutting me off mid-greeting), then again while I told my 6 year old not to interrupt while I am on a phone call. This should not be this difficult and I have never experienced this kind of rudeness from a store. I am assuming they had a lot of customers in the stor but this is unaccptable regardless of how busy or low staffed Andre (the pharmacist) and & Iris (tech) were at the pharmacy on 8/27/15 at 9:40-10:15am.
